Disney Channel Zombies 2 Full Movie Free Online

Zombies 3 has finally been officially confirmed by Disney Channel which is great news, but we also have bad news: it's going to be the final movie of the series.

The popular franchise takes place in a world where humans and zombies co-exist after a nuclear explosion turned half of Seabrook's residents into zombies, with the first movie seeing human cheerleader Addison and zombie football player Zed fall in love.

Zombies 3 will bring back Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim as Seabrook's star-crossed zombie/cheerleader couple Zed and Addison. Behind the scenes, director Paul Hoen and writers David Light and Joseph Raso are also returning for the final movie.

"After the enormous success of Zombies 2, we wanted to raise the stakes in this third and final instalment," said Lauren Kisilevsky, vice president, Original Movies, Disney Branded Television.

"So when the ultimate outsiders descend on Seabrook, our team of cheerleaders, zombies and werewolves must band together to face a threat of galactic proportions that may change the face of Seabrook forever."

Now that Zombies 3 has been confirmed, here's everything you need to know about the threequel and how the sequel sets it up.

Zombies 3 release date: When can we expect Zombies 3 to be released?

The official announcement for Zombies 3 didn't come with a confirmed release date, but we do know that filming will start on the movie in Toronto this spring.

We reckon that means we can expect to see the third movie in February 2022 on Disney Channel in the UK and US. The previous two movies both aired around Valentine's Day in 2018 and 2020.

That's speculation for now, but we'll update this as soon as we get official confirmation of the air date.

Zombies 3 plot: How does Zombies 2 ending set it up?

With Seabrook High's Prawn around the corner, Zed and Addison's young love appeared to be in doubt after he stole a necklace that Addison thought would reveal her true self as a werewolf.

However, this being a Disney movie, it all worked out in the end after Zed apologised and realised he was being a bit of a dick towards the werewolves. Teaming up with the werewolves, the zombies gatecrash the Prawn and Zed apologises to Addison.

"I thought everything would make sense if I was a werewolf, but I'm not and I don't even know if I'm a cheerleader," Addison tells Zed, who replies: "You're a leader, Addison. You bring people together."

And then they kiss and make up. Awww.

That's not the end of Zombies 2 though as later that night a mysterious meteorite crashes in Seabrook, causing Addison's radio to turn on and wake her up. "Weird," she says as her hair starts glowing bright blue...

Hang on, could Addison actually be an alien? The official synopsis for the third movie confirms that there's an alien twist in store as Zed and Addison begin their final year at Seabrook High:

"Zed is anticipating an athletic scholarship that will make him the first Zombie to attend college, while Addison is gearing up for Seabrook's first international cheer-off competition," it reads.

"Then suddenly, extraterrestrial beings appear around Seabrook, provoking something other than friendly competition."

Milo Manheim told Seventeen that he thinks the third movie could also see us meeting Zed's mother for the first time, while his co-stars Ariel Martin and Meg Donnelly think the threequel should introduce all the mythical creatures.

"I feel like in the third one, they should just bring everybody," Martin said, with Donnelly adding: "We're all accepting everybody!"

Zombies 3 cast: Who's coming back for Zombies 3?

The only cast members officially confirmed for the third movie are Milo Manheim and Meg Donnelly as Zed and Addison.

However, we'd be surprised if we didn't also see the return of Trevor Tordjman as Bucky, Chandler Kinney as Willa, Kingston Foster as Zoey, Carla Jeffery as Bree and Paul Hopkins as Dale, among others.

For now, we'll just have to wait and see. Once production begins, we might get a clearer picture of who will definitely be back for the final outing.

Nothing yet, we're afraid, but perhaps we'll get some behind-the-scenes footage once Zombies 3 starts filming in spring.
